Well, I’ve done it. I have joined the November challenge to write 50,000 words of my various writing projects. I’m fairly confident that I’ll achieve my goal.

I need to finish my children’s book (this is giving me fits as I cannot seem to reconcile where the plot is going right now) and I have two romance novels spinning in my head.

I’ve been busy prepping my first romance novel, Whispers of the Heart. I have an outline, a synopsis, my characters and a rough draft for my first chapter. I gotta be honest here, it didn’t start out as a romance novel. It was going to be a memoir -style novel… but it morphed as I prepped for it.

I’ve also started to put together my second romance novel. This one is more mythological in style. The idea for this one came to me at 3am. I wrote a bunch of stuff down and left it for a few years. I picked up my “I can’t sleep idea book” and decided to try to write the story. I’ve written about 1600 words so far.

I’ve been so busy prepping that I haven’t been blogging! I’m sorry. I’ll try to do better. I’ve got quite a few things in my idea book, so those will most likely make it to my blog soon.
