Do I need to sign for my order?
All orders over $250 automatically require a signature, regardless of delivery method. When shipped via UPS, your order will require a signature for items over $100
Do you ever substitute items?
Occasionally our manufacturers may discontinue or re-design a product we feature on the website. In those cases, we may substitute a similar item of equal or greater retail value in your order.
When will my order be shipped?
Standard delivery orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped in either a plain box or a padded business envelope, depending on your items. The packaging is completely anonymous with just your address and ours. Because Simply Erotic Xtras values your privacy, we use an alias on the return address label to protect your privacy.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $8 for standard ground shipping to the continental United States and military addresses. Standard shipping on orders over $45 is free when you apply the code SHIP69 during checkout. Please call for orders to Hawaii, Alaska and all International Shipments for the appropriate rates.
