- Open Seller Dashboard https://store.tcgplayer.com/admin/account
- Click Log On
- Select the “Orders” tab.
- On the “Orders” page click the “Manage” button next to the first order with the “Ready to Ship” Status
- Select “Print Packing Slip” in the Shipping Address Box
- Adobe Acrobat Pro will start up and the packing slip will be open
- Click the printer icon and a print dialogue window will pop up. Select the correct printer and print the packing slip.
- If there is more than one order, TCG Player will generate an “empty” page at the end of the file. It is not necessary to print that page.
- Open Shopify https://free-range-pumpkins.myshopify.com/admin
- Click “Orders” on the left
- Press the “Create Order” button at the top right of the screen.
- (In TCG Player) Copy the customer’s name and paste it in the “Search customers” field on Shopify
- If the customer does not already exist, click “Create a new customer” in Shopify
- Copy and paste the customer’s name and address into the popup form and click “Save Customer” once you have verified the information has copied correctly.
- Copy and paste the Order Number from TCG Player to the “Notes” section in Shopify
- Check the Shipping Cost on TCG Player. Click “Add Shipping” in Shopify and Add according to the table below. Click “Apply” when done.

- $5.99 TCG Player Small
- $9.99 TCG Player Medium
- $12.99 TCG Player Large
- Click “Add custom item” in Shopify
- Copy and paste the product sold on TCG Player (one item at a time) to “Line item name” in Shopify. Add price of item and quantity sold. Uncheck “Item is taxable” and Check “Item requires shipping”. Click “Save line item”
- Repeat step 18 for each item sold in the TCG Player order.
- Ensure total in Shopify matches Order Amount in TCG Player
- Click “Mark as Paid” in Shopify
- Click “Create Order” in the pop-up box on Shopify
- Repeat steps 11-22 for each order on TCG Player
- Prepare each order for shipment.
- Put every card for each order into a sleeve.
- Every TCG order is put into a rigid packing envelope
- Using the packing slips as reference, gather all of the items sold.
- Pay close attention to the quantity ordered
- Make sure you have the correct card – check the card number, edition, set, condition, etc
- If you cannot find an item for an order, attach a sticky note to the packing slip and put it aside for your manager
- Open ShipRush https://my.shiprush.com/
- Click “Ready to Ship” on the left
- For each card order, select the corresponding entry in the list of shipments.
- Change the weight to 3oz
- Change the size of the package to 6 x 6 x 1
- Copy the Order number from the notes section to the Ref.2 field
- If the order value is less than $50 change the packaging type to “Letter”
- If the order value is over $50 change the packaging type to “Package”
- If the order value is over $75 put the total value of the order in the “Declared Value” section
- Change the Service to “USPS First Class”
- Click “Ship”
- If the order value is less then $50 click “Ship Without Tracking” on TCG Player
- If the order is over $50 copy the tracking number from Ship Rush
- Click “Add Tracking Number” in TCG Player and paste the tracking number into the appropriate field and click “Save”
- Repeat steps 27-28 to generate a shipping label for each order
- Complete each package
- Make sure to enclose the packing slip (unless the customer asked us not to)
- Enclose a “Free Range Land”
- Seal the package completely
- Affix the shipping label to the outside of the package
- Affix a Free Range Pumpkins sticker to the outside of the package
- Place in the USPS bins by the door
