In-Store Pick-Up Customer Orders

  • Click the arrow to the right of “Delivery Method” and select “Local Pickup” then click “Done”. 
  • Click “Unfulfilled” at the top of the screen.
  • Check the boxes next to the unfulfilled order numbers in the list.
  • Click “More actions” and Select “Print packing slips”
  • The packing slip(s) will pop up in a new tab.  Select the print icon on the top right to print.
  • The print dialog box will pop up in a new window.  Select the correct printer and print.
  • Using the packing slips as reference, gather all of the items sold.
    1. Pay close attention to the quantity ordered
    1. If you cannot find an item for an order, attach a sticky note to the packing slip and put it aside for your manager
  • Place each order in a shopping bag
  • Staple the packing slip to the outside of the bag
  • Place the bag behind the counter in the “pickup” area
  • For each completed pickup order, Under Orders, click the order you fulfilled.
  • Click Ready for pickup.
  • Click Send notification to let the customer know that their order is ready to be picked up.

****WHEN THE CUSTOMER ARRIVES TO PICK UP THEIR ORDER****

  1. Ask to see customer ID or email showing order is ready for pickup
  2. Have the customer sign the packing slip
  3. Sign and date the packing slip
  4. Place the packing slip in the purple pick-up binder behind the counter (they are in date order)
  5. Tap the Local Pickup tile to see the orders that are ready for pickup.
  6. Find the order that was just picked up.
  7. Click Mark as picked up
