Online Order Manager Job Description

Job Overview
Process the store’s Omnichannel orders. Organize pickups with various carriers.

Responsibilities and Duties

This includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • Manage all communication with all sales department orders
  • Process all Customer orders.
  • Retrieve orders through online channel and fulfill based on what the customer orders.
  • Import, review, and compile all customer orders for processing.


Skills and Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • High School diploma.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Retail experience
  • Willingness to submit to a background check
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Ability to learn and use that knowledge proactively
  • Team player with organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively utilizing written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Ability to climb a step ladder

Compensation

The starting salary is $XXX per hour and is paid on a bi-weekly basis. Direct deposit is available.
