Build the brand of Free Range Pumpkins profitably by helping groups find face to face game fun.
Job description
- Plan outreach events where games are played with a representative of Free Range Pumpkins in our customer service driving distance area
- Assist church youth groups with game nights
- Organize Warhammer events for senior centers and nursing homes
- Create and manage TCG and/or RPG clubs at local schools
- Run mixer events for employee training or bonding for other businesses or youth groups
- Have branded items available at each event to connect to customers and create experiences where the customer will want to walk into Free Range Pumpkins
- Coordinate after school programs
- Travel to conventions like Comic Cons and Craft fairs to build the brand and find new customers by branded handouts and product assortments for sale
- Coordinate craft fair or pop-up market appearances
- Create and manage a shipping subscription service box games that can be marketed on our social media channels and website
- Create marketing videos for subscription service that can be used locally and on a national or global scale
- Learn to play and demo board games and teach these games and a sales pitch to employees so that we can have feature games that every employee has a plan to sell
- Coordinate and host parties at Free Range Pumpkins for profit and marketing reach
- Build and manage profitable events in store
- Create unboxing and how-to-play videos for our You-Tube channel
Requirements
- Whenever appearing at an outreach event, the coordinator would wear branded Free Range Pumpkins gear and act in a way that represents the family friendly environment we represent and cultivate at Free Range Pumpkins
- Coordinator will have a social media profile not flagged by excessive profanity or nudity that would not fit a family friendly environment to represent Free Range Pumpkins
Compensation
The starting salary is $XXX per hour and is paid on a bi-weekly basis. Direct deposit is available.
