Selling singles from the cards in the display cabinet

  1. Open the Kiosk (not seller dashboard) on the computer behind the counter
  2. Search for the card(s) in question
  3. Inform the customer of the price.  If they are happy with the amount, move on to the next step.  Otherwise, move on to the next card and go back to step 2.
  4. Add the card to the cart.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 for each card.
  6. Complete checkout on kiosk (make sure to put in a customer first and last name)
  7. Open Seller Dashboard https://store.tcgplayer.com/admin/account
  8. Click Log On
  9. Select the “Orders” tab.
  10. On the “Orders” page click the “Manage” button next to the first order with the “Ready to Ship” Status
  11. Select “Print Packing Slip” in the Shipping Address Box
  12. Adobe Acrobat Pro will start up and the packing slip will be open
  13. Click the printer icon and a print dialogue window will pop up.  Select the correct printer and print the packing slip.
  14. Have the customer sign the packing slip
  15. Ring up the customer on Shopify
    1. On the Shopify POS screen, tap Add custom sale.
    1. Enter the last four digits of the order number and the sale price.
    1. Tap Add to cart to continue with the transaction
  16. Have the customer sign and date the packing slip.
  17. You sign and date the packing slip
  18. Place the packing slip in the folder on the manager’s office door
  19. Mark the order as picked up in TCGPlayer.
