Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy

NOTE: This return policy applies to items purchased on this website and not from any Simply Erotic Xtras retail store. No website returns or exchanges will be accepted at any Simply Erotic Xtras store locations.

14 Day Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy for new factory sealed and unused merchandise. We will exchange or refund the full purchase amount, less shipping, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Due to health and safety regulations all adult novelties, adult toys and vibrators are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer’s defects, in which only exchanges will be given (see below).

Adult Toys 14 Day Exchange Policy

Due to health and safety regulations all novelties, adult toys and vibrators are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer’s defects. We will exchange an item received with a manufacturer’s defect within 14 days of delivery for an identical item, no refunds will be given. If you receive an item which does not function:

• Try a brand new set of batteries.
• Be certain that the batteries are inserted correctly.
• Check that the cap is secured tightly.
• Products that include batteries typically have a protective seal to prevent the product from turning on during shipping. Remove the seal, secure the cap and try again.

If the item still will not function please contact us for a return authorization.

Items that cannot be returned for any reason:

• Opened or used intimate apparel
• Condoms
• Lotions
• Lubricants
• Supplements

Refunds:

Credits will be charged back to the original method of payment. It takes approximately 5-7 business days for credits to appear on your statement.

Refunding Shipping Charges:

• If you receive the wrong item or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all return related shipping charges.
• If you are returning an item for any reason other than the ones stated above, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
