Your shipment
If you live in an area impacted by severe weather conditions, delivery of your item may be delayed by the carrier. (ie USPS/FedEx/UPS) If you have any questions, please contact us.
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days (within the continental US) and 3-5 days (outside the US) after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS/FedEx/USPS. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your package online.
International shipments are sent via FedEx FIMS. The link to track those shipments is mailviewrecipient.fedex.com.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return Policy
30 Day Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy for new factory sealed and unused merchandise. We will exchange or refund the full purchase amount, less shipping, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Due to health and safety regulations all perfumes, colognes, make-up, lotions are not returnable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If you wish to return an item to Free Range Pumpkins, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of purchase.
- Please note, certain items are not returnable in any condition. Those items are: food, and cosmetics. Some items are only returnable in new, unopened/unworn condition. Those items are: collectibles, perfumes/colognes, and clothing. All products must be returned in the original packaging.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Please include your order number, reason for return, billing name, and address with the item(s). Your refund, minus any restocking fees (if applicable) will be processed within 2 days of our receipt of your return.

- Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method like UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Please note: Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
Refunds
Credits will be charged back to the original method of payment. It takes approximately 5-7 business days for credits to appear on your statement.
Refunding Shipping Charges
If you receive the wrong item or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all return related shipping charges.
If you are returning an item for any reason other than the ones stated above, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
