HOW TO BECOME A CUSTOMER
 

If you want to gain access to our secure and encrypted website in order to view our complete product line, prices and place an order, please download the following documents:

• New Customer Application
• Sales & Use Tax Form
• Terms of Use
• Terms of Sales

Once these forms are completed, please scan and return to XXX.   Once approved, we will provide you with your confidential customer number. This generally takes 24 hours for the review and issuance of the confidential customer number.  This number will enable you to enter the Wholesale pricing section and place your order.

MAPP – Several publishers have instituted MAP policies in an effort to protect the value of their products. Kaplan Enterprises wants to ensure that retailers are aware of the policies, the products they protect, and the vendors who enforce them. 

In an effort to adhere to our vendor’s policies in protecting the integrity and the value of their brands, we will support and enforce all MAPP policies by our vendor partners.

Where you can sell the product – Unless otherwise specified, you are able to sell our products through any channel.  If a product has a limitation of where it can be sold, it will be listed on the order page under that product.  If you sell the product and violate this policy, your account will be suspended immediately.  There will be no exceptions concerning this item.

ITEMS TO PRE-ORDER
From time-to-time certain products are in the process of being manufactured.  In these instances, the pre-order timeline could be 30, 60, to days or more prior to receiving the merchandise.  If you would like your LGS to get a certain product for their store, ask them to order the product.

Please know that we will inform you at time of order if the merchandise you are ordering is a pre-order.
